John and Lory Kirk are excited with their site purchase for the second location of Little Otter Swim School.
Everything must go through its process and constructing a new building is no different! Groundbreaking for “Little Otter North” is awaiting approval of the building plans from the Town of Huntersville. As soon as that approval comes through, the empty lot that you see in our photos will be filled with grading equipment as the first steps are taken in the building process.
John and Lory hope to have a groundbreaking event to celebrate the kick-off of this exciting time for Little Otter. That date will be shared with you as soon as we know it!
Little Otter North will be situated at the corner of Reese Boulevard and Rosewood Meadow Lane in Huntersville (just off Exit 23). Classes should begin at this location in the Fall.
